As of Christmas 2012, I have found a “miracle drug” called Immodium, that has helped my gut slow down enough to keep me relatively healthy, if I remember to be active, but not TOO active and keep up with my fluids.  And my last surgery to date was my gall bladder surgery in June 2012. (not counting the minor surgeries for my port insertion, removal, and re-insertion due to slippage).
